Card Sent to ID Address
The Georgia DPH will mail the card to your address on your ID. Just watch for their email from the DPH with their payment link for $33.75 and you should receive your card in 5 - 10 days.

With over 16 years of experience, I have developed strong expertise in patient care, healthcare coordination, medical practice, and behavioral health services. I have worked with diverse patient populations, supporting individuals through both physical and emotional health challenges while promoting overall well-being and quality of life.
My background in nursing and healthcare management provides a solid foundation in patient advocacy, interdisciplinary collaboration, care planning, and guiding patients and families through complex medical and psychological concerns.
